Returns and Refunds

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at help@mmgarb.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returns, refunds, exchanges and store credit will be processed within 3 days of receiving the returned item.  Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment.  Store credit will be issued in the form of a Max & Morris gift card with a one year expiry date.

If your item is either damaged or defective:

We will offer you a refund, replacement or store credit.  Please write us at help@mmgarb.com and include the order number in the subject line of your email. Briefly describe the issue with your item and provide pictures, as well has tell us if you would like a refund or store credit. We will send you a standard shipping return postage label that you can print and attach to your package. When we receive the item, we will either issue your refund or store credit.
If your item does not fit:
 
We will offer you a replacement size or store credit.  Please write us at help@mmgarb.com and include the order number in the subject line of your email. Also tell us what size you would like to exchange the item for. We will send you a standard shipping return postage label that you can print and attach to your package.

If we are sold out of the size that you need, we will issue you store credit for your item and notify you by email.

If you would like to return the item for any other reason:
You may return any unused item within 30 days for any reason to receive store credit. Please email us help@mmgarb.com and notify us of your request for store credit.  Please then mail your item and a copy of your receipt to:

Once we receive your item in unused, new condition, in original packaging, we will issue your store credit.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled without penalty for a full refund before shipment.  If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at help@mmgarb.com and notify us of your wish to cancel.  Please include your order number, name and email address used to place the order.  Orders are unable to be canceled once shipped.  Once shipped, the return policies above will apply.
