All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days and you will receive your order confirmation email immediately, with another notification being sent when your order ships.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer flat $4 USPS First Class shipping on all US orders, with free shipping on orders over $100 within the USA.
If multiple orders are received on the same day, we will endeavour to ship orders together.
If you choose to upgrade to express shipping, charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Our current handling and processing time is 1-2 days after checkout. Standard USPS first class shipping transit times are approximately 5-7 days. Transit times for other types of shipping will be displayed before payment.
Our warehouse is located in the Sacramento, California area. Free local delivery is available for orders within 10 miles of area code 95608.
We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout, and can provide contactless delivery service.
We are proud to offer negotiated discounted international shipping to a range of countries, including Australia, Germany, England, New Zealand and Canada. Specifically, we offer $10 flat rate shipping to Canada on orders over $100. For Canada orders under $100 USD or all other international locations, shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Max & Morris is not responsible for these charges.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. In most cases we will offer a refund on damaged in transit items. See our refunds and returns page for specific instructions.
